We are an inclusive school and equally value the abilities and achievements of all children, encouraging children to aim high and achieve as best as they can.

Children who have SEND, whether a physical, sensory, social, emotional, speech and language, communication and interaction or learning need will follow the National Curriculum. However, assessment of pupil progress is an integral part of the teaching and learning cycle at Boreham. We follow a graduated approach to SEND. Class teachers will differentiate the curriculum at a level and pace appropriate to the abilities of the children, implementing interventions as appropriate in consultation with the SENCo.

At Boreham, we have a dedicated caring team of support staff who work alongside class teachers to enable access and support learning whilst promoting independence.
