River Chelmer Primary Partnership
Boreham Primary School is a member of ‘The River Chelmer Primary Partnership’ (RCPP) consortium which forges strong links between 7 local primary schools and our main feeder secondary school.
The Partnership members are:
Boreham Primary School, Broomfield Primary School, Great Leighs Primary School, Great Waltham C of E (VC) Primary School, Little Waltham C.E.V.A Primary School, Newlands Spring Primary School Academy Trust, St Pius X Catholic Primary School, Chelmer Valley High School.
The Partnership Schools have a long-standing tradition of working together in a climate of mutual support and collaboration, sharing best practice, insight and expertise in order to collectively drive school-led improvement, across many aspects of the curriculum and school management.
The RCPP provides a forum for collaboration which identifies areas for school improvement through peer review and uses its combined strengths to sustain and develop this improvement. Each individual school agrees to be responsible for the mutual commitments they have made and will share expertise, knowledge, skills, energy and enthusiasm.
The longevity of our partnership is underpinned by a high level of trust and transparency, adopting an approach which recognises and celebrates the strength of individual schools who aspire to achieve excellence across the partnership. The partnership has a common moral purpose that respects the individual ethos, culture, values and identity of each member.
The partnership of schools also organises regular enrichment days which enable a number of pupils from each school to work together each academic year.
